Asymmetrical/Unilateral Gynecomastia - Patient 27
Before and post-op photos of a 35 year old patient from Hartford, CT. He had been enduring a condition called Asymmetrical Gynecomastia, which occurs due to the development of mammary tissue beneath one breast only, resulting in that breast to become larger than the other breast. Embarrassed by the appearance of his chest, the patient would often layer his clothing to conceal his condition. He avoided places such as the local gym and public pool, fearful of harassment. He decided to seek the expertise of Dr. Mordcai Blau. Not only was he impressed by the success of the before and after photos offered on the website but also upon learning about Dr. Blau's superior reputation throughout the world in his knowledge and experience in Gynecomastia surgery and is even a well-accomplished author on the subject. Male breast reduction surgery was performed on the right breast to remove the mammary tissue, along with liposculpture to ensure symmetry over the entire chest. The patient is ecstatic with the outcome and feels a new self-confidence he had not experienced prior to the procedure.
