Asymmetrical/Unilateral Gynecomastia - Patient 26
Before and pre-op photos of a 38 year old male, who is 6'0 and 240 pounds, from New York (NYC), NY. He had developed Asymmetrical Gynecomastia, a condition that results from an abnormal buildup of mammary tissue beneath one breast only, causing the afflicted breast to become larger than the other breast. The patient felt embarrassed to remove his shirt in public and refrained from going places such as the local gym for fear of harassment. He even found himself layering his clothing in order to hide his asymmetric chest. He sought the expertise of Dr. Blau upon hearing of his superior reputation as the utmost authority in Gynecomastia surgery and has even developed his own surgical method to correct the condition called the “Natural Blend Technique.” The surgical procedure involved the excision of the mammary tissue along with liposuction in order to create symmetry across the chest area. As can be seen in the post-op photos the incision is inconspicuous and not noticeable. The patient is thrilled with the results and feel liberated to no longer feel he has to hide his chest.
